SSC CGL 2023 expected to postpone from Tomorrow; Here's what you need to know

While the Staff Selection Commission has commenced the conduct of SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2023 at the designated exam centres, postponement is likely for the SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 exam scheduled for the upcoming days. SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2023 is scheduled to be conducted between July 14 to July 27 in computer-based mode across the country. However, due to heavy rains and flood conditions in many states of Northern India, it is likely that the Commission would take a decision on postponement of SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 Exam.

While the Staff Selection Commission has commenced the conduct of SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2023 at the designated exam centres, postponement is likely for the SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 exam scheduled for the upcoming days. SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2023 is scheduled to be conducted between July 14 to July 27 in computer-based mode across the country. However, due to heavy rains and flood conditions in many states of Northern India, it is likely that the Commission would take a decision on postponement.

Meanwhile, SSC CGL 2023 has been postponed in some regions due to heavy rains and floods. The SSC NWR has already postponed the exam in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Due to heavy rains and floods, it would be very difficult to appear in the Northern Indian States such as Punjab, Uttarakhand, New Delhi and some parts of Uttar Pradesh.

Postpone SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 Exam, demand candidates 

While the Commission is yet to release any notice regarding this, candidates are flooding Twitter demanding postponement of the exams. Candidates claim that due to flood-like situation in Delhi, there are hours of traffic jams, disrupted and cancelled trains, discountinued metro services. Amid such emergency situation, students are demanding the postponement of the exam as relief from the commission.

While the commission has not released any official notice regarding the SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 Exam postponement, it is expected that the same will be rescheduled. An update regarding the postponement of the SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 exam will be shared here once available.

Candidates must note that SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2023 is to be conducted in different slots. Candidates must make sure to appear for the SSC CGL 2023 as per the allotted exam slot.

Meanwhile, the commission has already released the SSC CGL Admit Card 2023 for 6 regions (SR, ER, CR, NER, MPR, WR and NWR regions) on the official website, i.e., atssc.nic.in. Candidates must note that SSC CGL 2023 Tier 1 exam admit card is mandatory to appear for the exam. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without hall ticket.
