SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023: Disappointed candidates demand revised SSC CGL Result
Many candidates who appeared for the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam are requesting SSC to release the revised SSC CGL Tier-1 result 2023. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the SSC CGL tier 1 result 2023 on September 19, 2023, on its official website, i.e. ssc.nic.in. Unhappy with the scores, some candidates are demanding a revised SSC CGL Result 2023. Many candidates who appeared for the SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam are requesting SSC to release the revised SSC CGL Tier-1 result 2023. Revise SSC CGL Tier 1 Result, demand candidates
Disappointed over SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2023, candidates claimed that almost 1 lakh aspirants had cleared the prelims exam in recent years. Candidates have compared the number of shortlisted candidates over the years and concluded that only 8.4 times the openings were filled for the SSC CGL Tier-2 exam, whereas, 12-15 times as many candidates used to be selected for the Tier 2 exam. The candidates of SSC CGL took to X (formerly Twitter) to express disappointment over the SSC CGL Tier-1 result. Many even said that SSC has constantly decreased the number of candidates appearing in the SSC CGL Tier-1 exam since 2018. This year, the number of shortlisted candidates has dropped down to 8.42 times which is alarming.
The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-1 examination this year from July 14, 2023, to July 27, 2023, at multiple centres across India. A total of 81,752 candidates have been shortlisted for the SSC CGL Tier-2 exam 2023. The SSC CGL Tier-2 examination will be conducted on October 25, 26, and 27, 2023.
