SSC CPO eligibility criteria has been revised in terms of medical standards. According to the revised parameters, RME of unfit candidates will be conducted in continuation of DME on the next day.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revised SSC CPO eligibility. SSC has made changes in the medical standards. According to the official notice, RME of candidates found to be unfit during DME will be conducted in continuation of DME preferably on the next day of DME. Earlier, candidates who were found to be unfit were informed of the position and they could make an appeal before Review Medical Board within the prescribed time limit of 15 days.

On the basis of their performance in Paper-1 and Paper-2 (including bonus marks in case of NCC certificate holders), candidates are shortlisted for appearing in Medical Examination. Candidates, who are successful in Medical Examination, are called for detailed Document Verification. All shortlisted candidates are required to appear for Document Verification. Those failing to do so will not be considered for final selection. Candidates are required to submit all documents in original for verification at the time of Document Verification.
