Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is the Central recruitment agency that recruits the largest number of candidates for the Union government ministries and departments (excluding Indian Railways). SSC conducts the Multitasking Staff (MTS) exam to recruit the non-technical staff in various central government offices in India. This year, the SSC MTS 2022 notification was jointly released for the MTS and Havaldar posts.

SSC MTS 2022 Exam Dates Changed

SSC released an official notice mentioning that the MTS 2022 exam will be conducted from July 5 to 22 across the nation at the designated exam centres but some regions mention that the SSC MTS 2022 exam will be conducted from July 5 to 26. SSC MTS 2022 admit cards will be available for downloading purposes till July 26.

SSC Central Region, Madhya Pradesh Region, and Western Region will conduct the exam till July 26. It is not known for the rest of the regions because either the application status is not released or the exam dates are not mentioned in the application status window.

SSC regions did not issue any official communication regarding this difference in the SSC MTS 2022 exam dates. Meanwhile, the SSC regional websites are releasing the SSC MTS application status and admit card links.

SSC MTS 2022 application status can be checked in the manner given below:

• Go to the official website of SSC-ssc.nic.in
• Click on the admit card link given at the top navigation
• On clicking above, the links to all the SSC regional websites will appear
• Click on the regional website link, a new window will appear
• Click on the SSC MTS Application status link given on the home page
• Enter the registration id and date of birth to download SSC MTS Application Status 2022.

SSC released the MTS 2022 notification on March 23. The SSC MTS 2022 exam dates were released on April 27. The candidates should note that the number of SSC MTS vacancies was released later.
