SSC MTS 2023 Application Live : Apply Onlne for 1558 Vacancies, Age Limit, Salary, Date

The candidates should note that the Staff Selection Commission retained the new exam pattern introduced last year. There will be one paper only and the document verification will be done at the user department. 

The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC MTS 2023 notification for 1,558 vacancies only. The Commission did not release high number of vacancies in the notification. The Commission also released the break-up of 1,558 vacancies which is summarised below:

SSC MTS 2023 applications have been started with the release of official notification. The Commission notified 1,558 vacancies for the SSC MTS 2023 exam. As expected, the Commission changed the SSC MTS age cautoff date from January to August 2023.

The Staff Selection Commission is expected to continue with the new SSC MTS exam pattern where the Commission removed the SSC MTS paper 2 and also outsourced the Document Verification process to the indented department. With the current SSC MTS exam pattern, the candidates can expect the SSC MTS 2023 final result by March 2024.

The candidates should note that the SSC MTS 2023 Application and Notification will be released online only. The Commission will not do any communication through the offline mediums such as newspapers and other magazines.

The candidates who will apply for the first time should note that the SSC registration number will be required to fill out the SSC MTS 2023 application form. The candidates will be required to login with the SSC registration number in order to apply for the SSC MTS Havaldar 2023 exam.

The Staff Selection Commission will provide one month to fill out the SSC MTS 2023 applications online. The Commission will activate the SSC MTS 2023 apply online link with the release of official notification. The candidates will be able to apply online for the SSC MTS 2023 exam from the candidate's dashboard given at the official website of SSC -ssc.nic.in.

As per the media reports, the Staff Selection Commission can release the SSC MTS 2023 notification and application for the candidates by 7.PM. The Commission will release the SSC MTS 2023 notification online only on its official website - ssc.nic.in.

The candidates should note that the Commission has not released any clarification regarding the delay in the notification. It is expected that the Commission will change the SSC MTS age Cutoff date from January 2023 to August 2023. It will increase the number of candidates for the exam and consequently the competition will increase in the exam.

SSC MTS 2023 Age Limit

(i) Age of 18 years and should not exceed the age of 25 years, as of January 1, 2023 (i.e.candidates born not before 02-01-1998 and not later than 01-01-2005) for MTS 

Age Limit for Havaldar

(ii) Age of 18 years and should not exceed the age of 27 years, as of January 1, 2023 (i.e.candidates born not before 02-01-1996 and not later than 01-01-2005) for Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and CBN (Department of Revenue) and few posts of MTS.

The Staff Selection Commission can release the SSC MTS 2023 application and notifcation anytime now on its official website. The Commission was expected to release the official notification on June 14 but it was postponed to June 30. The Commission released a notice on June 28 in this regard.

The Commission is expected to release a good number of vacancies in the official notification because the Central Government has affirmed that it will increase recruitment in its ministries and departments. The Commission is expected to follow this affirmation as followed in the past.
