UGC NET 2020 Notification Out; Apply Online Now

UGC NET 2020 notification and application form have been released today, March 16. Candidates can apply online for UGC NET 2020 exam by April 16.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC NET 2020 notification today, March 16. Along with the notification, the agency has also released UGC NET 2020 application form. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for UGC NET exam latest by April 16.

UGC NET Application Form 2020

The UGC NET application form 2020 has been released by NTA on the official website of the exam. Like every year, candidates first have to register for UGC NET on the official website and then proceed towards filling the application form. UGC NET 2020 application fee is the same as last year, that is, Rs 1,000 for General category candidates, Rs 500 for General-EWS/OBC-NCL candidates and Rs 250 for SC/ST/PwD/transgender candidates.  

Steps to fill UGC NET Online Form

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to fill the online application form for UGC NET 2020:

• Visit the official website - https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/webinfo/public/home.aspx
• Click on the application form button
• Click on the New Registration button
• Read the instructions on the page and click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page
• Click on ‘Click Here to Proceed’ button
• Fill all details in the UGC NET 2020 registration form
• Click on the Submit button
• Note down the system-generated application number and password
• Click on the Complete Application button
• Fill the UGC NET 2020 application form
• Upload scanned images of photo and signature
