UGC NET 2024 Day 3 Exam Today
UGC NET 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the UGC NET day 3 exam today in two shifts. As per the schedule released, the UGC NET June re-exam shift 1 will start at 9 AM and end at 12. Whereas UGC NET shift 2 will be held from 3 to 6 PM. In shift 1, UGC NET 2024 exam will be held for Computer Science and Applications.
The UGC NET day 3 shift 2 exam will be conducted for Bengali, Chinese, Rajasthani, Arab Culture and Islamic Studies, Kashmiri and Sociology. UGC NET 2024 is held to assess the eligibility for Assistant Professorships and Junior Research Fellowships in Indian universities and colleges.

UGC NET 2024 Day 3 Exam Day Guidelines
Over 9 lakh candidates registered for the UGC NET June session. Those appearing for the exam can go through the UGC NET 2024 exam day guidelines that has been provided below:
- Candidates must carry a printed copy (either in colour or black and white) of the UGC NET admit card. Those who fail to bring the printed UGC NET 2024 admit card will not be allowed to take the exam. Soft copies will not be accepted
- They must also carry at least 2 passport size photographs (as uploaded on the application form)
- They must not wear jewellery or clothing with intricate embroidery or pockets, as these may lead to delays during security checks
- Candidates must arrive 2 hours before the UGC NET exam for thorough frisking and to complete the registration process. Security checks will conclude 30 minutes before the UGC NET day 3 exam begins
- Candidates must verify that the subject on the UGC NET 2024 question paper matches the one indicated on their application form and promptly inform the invigilator of any discrepancies
