UGC NET 2024 December Result: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the result of the UGC NET December 2024 session soon. As of now, no official update has been shared regarding the release of UGC NET 2024 Dec result date. However, based on past trends, it is expected that UGC NET result 2024 can be announced anytime soon now. Candidates can get the UGC NET 2024 result link online at the official website: ugcnet.nta.nic.in, once announced.
NTA is yet to release the final UGC NET December 2024 answer keys as well. The provisional UGC NET answer keys were released on January 31 and candidates could challenge it by February 3, 2025. Challenges raised by them will be verified and the final answer key will be released. Based on the final answer key, the UGC NET results will be announced.

UGC NET 2024 December Result Marking Scheme
The UGC NET exam consists of two papers:
- Paper 1 (General Teaching & Research Aptitude) comprises 50 questions carrying a total of 100 marks.
- Paper 2 (Subject-Specific) includes 100 questions, with a maximum score of 200 marks.
UGC NET 2024 Marking Scheme
- Candidates are awarded 2 marks for each correct answer.
- There is no negative marking for incorrect responses.
- The final score is calculated based on the candidate’s performance in both papers.
