UP Police Age Limit 2023 has been increased by the Uttar Pradesh Government. While filling out the UP Police Online Form, 3 years of relaxation will be provided to all the categories, UP CM Yogi Adityanath announced on social media. UP Police Online Form 2023 will be released on December 27, 2023.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath announced on social media, that 3 years of age relaxation will be provided to all the categories in the UP Police Bharti 2023. Earlier, the minimum age for candidates is 18 years and the maximum is 22 years. Now, the maximum age of General category candidates to apply for UP Police Bharti 2023 is 25 years. The Home Department received instructions from the Chief Minister after demands were made by youths and public representatives citing the impact of COVID-19 on career prospects in the state.

"Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed the Principal Secretary (Home Department) to give three years relaxation in the age limit of candidates of all categories in the police recruitment this time," according to an official statement from the CM's office.

The UP Government notified the recruitment of 60,244 UP Police Constables on December 23. The application process will start on December 27 and end on January 16.

Of the 60,244 vacancies in the police service, 24,102 are unreserved, 6,024 for economically weaker sections, 16,262 for Other Backward Classes, 12,650 for Scheduled Castes and 1,204 for Scheduled Tribes, according to the official notification.
