UPSC CSE Mains 2023 begins tomorrow; Check important exam day guidelines here
The UPSC Mains exam 2023 will be conducted in two sessions, i.e. forenoon session which will begin from 9 AM to 12 noon and the afternoon session which will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM. The UPSC CSE Mains exam dates 2023 are September 15, 16, 17, 23 and 24.
UPSC CSE Mains 2023: The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) is scheduled to commence the UPSC Civil Services Exam (UPSC CSE) Mains 2023 exam from tomorrow, i.e. September 14. Candidates who qualified UPSC IAS preliminary exam and are ready to appear for UPSC CSE Mains 2023 have to download the UPSC Mains admit card 2023 from the official website, upsc.gov.in.
Along with the UPSC Mains admit card 2023, the commission has also released UPSC exam day guidelines. The UPSC Mains exam 2023 will be conducted in two sessions, i.e. forenoon session which will begin from 9 AM to 12 noon and the afternoon session which will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM. UPSC CSE Mains 2023 exam-day guidelines
Candidates appearing for UPSC CSE Mains 2023 are advised to go through the exam day guidelines listed below.
- No student will be allowed to appear for UPSC CSE Mains 2023 without the hall ticket. Candidates will have to carry the printout of e-Admit card 2023 along with the original photo identity card to be permitted inside the examination hall.
- Candidates should not bring any valuables or costly items in the test centre.
- Candidates are advised to reach the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time in each session. No one will be allowed to enter the 10 minutes after the commencement of the exam.
- Possession, even in switch-off mode, or use of mobile phones and other electronics and communication devices are banned at the examination premises.
- Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e-admit card will have to bring a passport-size photograph, one for each session, to appear in the examination with an undertaking.
