WB TET 2022 Application Released; Apply till November 3

The application for WB TET 2022 has been released. Interested candidates can apply till November 3.

Online application for WB TET 2022 has been released by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE). Interested candidates can apply online for WB TET 2022 for the Primary teachers (Class 1 to 5) from October 14 to November 3. If in case, any candidate unable to fill out the complete forms then no admit card will be issued for such candidates. The WB TET exam will be conducted on November 11, 2022. The WB TET 2022 exam will recruit primary teachers in Govt. Aided Schools/Govt. Sponsored Schools/ Junior Basic Primary School. Eligibility Criteria for WB TET 2022  

The candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria to fill out the form for WB TET 2022. The application may cancel for those candidates who are not eligible or who fill wrong information the WB TET 2022 exam. The eligibility criteria for WB TET Primary Paper exam for class 1 to 5 is given below: 

• Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent 10+2) with at least 50% marks and 2-year diploma in Elementary Education (DEIEd) 

Or 

• Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent 10+2) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEIEd) 

Or 

• Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent 10+2) with at least 50% marks and having Diploma in Education (Special Education), recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) 

Or 

• Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (DEIEd) 

Note: 5% relaxation of marks in Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary or its equivalent examination 10+2 (ie 45%) will be allowed for the SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PH, Exempted Category, ex-serviceman and DH (Death-in-harness) category candidates.  

 Steps to apply for WB TET 2022
