BHU: Fake messages being circulated in name of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain

All are advised to remain vigilant and cautious to avoid any attempts of fraud or swindling, says BHU.

Banaras Hindu University has notified that fake messages are being circulated in the name of Vice Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain.

“It has been brought to notice of the university that fake messages in the name of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sudhir Kumar Jain are being sent to the members of #BHU. All are advised to remain vigilant and cautious to avoid any attempts of fraud or swindling,” reads BHU message on X.

The MCH building at the Sir Sunderlal Hospital has got its own triage facility now. MS, SSH, Prof. Kailash Kumar, Dean, Medicine, IMS, Prof. S. K. Singh, and Dean, Research, Prof. Ashok Chaudhary, inaugurated the facility on Monday.  

Prof. Sangeeta Rai, Head, Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, informed that the facility will greatly benefit patients and will help in proper and efficient management of those coming for treatment to MCH. 

Moreover, the I-Care Workshop Phase-2 program by Ms. M. Kirtane commenced on January 29, 2024, 28 faculties in 02 cohorts participated in the FDP training on “Psychological Wellbeing”.The Hon'ble VC #BHU alongwith Prof. G Ravichandran, Provost of Jio University graced the occasion. 

BHU to organise the 5th International Conference on Modern Mathematical Methods and High-Performance Computing in Science and Technology from February 1 to March 3, 2024. The Convener will be Dr Raghavendra Chaubey, CIMS, Institute of Science and the co-convener will be Dr Alkendra Pratap Singh, Dept. of Physics, Institute of Science, BHU.
