CUET UG 2023 Application Process Expected to Commence This Week at cuet.samarth.ac.in

NTA is expected to release the CUET UG 2023 application form anytime soon. The application process is completely online and aspirants will have to check the eligibility criteria and process in detail before proceeding towards filling the CUET UG 2023 application form. Know the details here.

The CUET UG 2023 application forms and the notification will be released anytime soon. As per the official announcement by UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar, the CUET 2023 application form will be released in the first week of February. The exam is scheduled to be conducted from May 21 to May 31. NTA is yet to release the official notification or information bulletin regarding the application process and the important dates. NTA announced the exam dates for CUET UG 2023 on December 15, along with the other entrance exam dates such as NEET, JEE Main and ICAR AIEEA.

The application process for CUET UG 2023 will be completely online. Eligible candidates will have to visit the official website to complete the process. Prior to starting the application process, CUET aspirants must go through the information brochure carefully to confirm the eligibility criteria fulfilment and know the documents required along with their specific formats and dimensions to avoid inconvenience during the CUET UG 2023 application procedure.

UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar has tweeted on Monday stating the commencement of CUET UG 2023 application process in a couple of days. He has stated, "The Registration and application process of Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG) - 2023] for admission to Undergraduate Programmes into Central Universities and other Participating Universities will be announced in a couple of days. #CUET". CUET 2023 Exam Dates

Apart from the exam dates, NTA has not announced any other dates yet. The table below brings the exam date along with the tentative dates for other important events.

How to Apply for CUET UG 2023?

Candidates will have to follow the below steps to complete the CUET 2023 application process:

• Visit the official website of CUET UG cuet.samarth.ac.in

• Click on the tab indicating CUET 2023 Registration

• Enter the mandatory details such as name, email id and mobile number

• Enter the captcha

• Once your registration credentials are generated, login to complete the application process

• Fill in the CUET application form with personal, educational and communication details followed by course, university and exam city preferences

• Applicants will have to upload their photograph, signature and category certificate documents in the requisite format and sizes

• The last and final step is to pay the application fee net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ UPI/ Wallet

The application fee is INR 650 for the General category, INR 600 for the OBC-NCL and EWS categories and INR 500 for the reserved category candidates.

While talking to a media house, UGC Chairman confirmed that the exam pattern, subjects and languages will remain the same as last year. As many as 14.90 lakh candidates appeared for the exam across 500 cities in India and 13 cities abroad.
