CUET UG 2023: Pondicherry University invites online applications for 5-year PG Programmes

Based on CUET UG 2023 score, Pondicherry University invited online applications for five year integrated PG Programmes.

Online applications are invited from the candidates who have appeared in the CUET(UG) – 2023 as per the eligibility criteria of Pondicherry University for admission to the following Integrated Post-Graduate Programmes offered for the Academic Year 2023-24 - Integrated M.Sc. Applied Geology, M.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Physics, M.Sc. Mathematics, M.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Statistics, M.A. History, M.A. Political Science, M.A. Sociology, and M.A. Social & Economic Administration and Law (SEAL).

The last date for submission of online application is July 27, 2023, up to 5 pm. Following is the link to apply for these courses - https://www.pondiuni.edu.in/admissions-2023-24/

The application fee for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS categories is INR 250, and for SC/ST category, it is INR 150. For UR/OBC-NCL/EWS categories, additional course fee is INR 100, and for SC/ST category, it is INR 50. For PwD/Transgender, the application fee and additional course fee is not applicable.

General Instructions

Following are the main points:

1. Admission to all Integrated P.G. Programmes of Pondicherry University (PU) for the academic year 2023-24 will be made through percentile obtained in the required domain subjects of CUET(UG) – 2023 conducted by the National Testing Agency and subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions prescribed in the Information Brochure of the University. Admission will be considered on merit basis.

2. The interse ranking of the candidates who have got the same marks will be decided based on the criteria as given below: -

(a) First criterion: 12th standard or equivalent marks

(b) Second criterion: 10th standard or equivalent marks

(c) Third criterion: Age of the candidates (in days)

3. Candidates shall visit the PU Admission Page and complete the application form through online only. 

4. It is advisable to fill the form through a desktop/laptop. Avoid filling the form using a mobile phone.
