IIT JAM 2024 Online Application for Counselling Process Starts Today, April 10, 2024
IIT JAM 2024 online application portal for the counselling process opened today, April 10, 2024 after 6 pm. Candidates who secure marks greater than or equal to the JAM 2024 cut-off marks of their respective category are eligible to apply for JAM 2024 admissions. The last date for filling the IIT JAM 2024 application form is April 24, 2024. Candidates should regularly check for offers of seats and exercise their decision through the Application Portal. Candidates who will be offered seat should pay a Seat Booking fee online of INR 750 within the stipulated time.
Only candidates in the JAM 2024 Merit List will be eligible to apply for admission. Irrespective of whether a candidate appears in the Merit List of one or two Test Papers, only one duly completed Application Form should be submitted. JAM 2024 Application Form in the admission portal will be pre-filled with name, category, date of birth, parent’s/guardian’s name, mobile number and email id using the information provided during the application process for JAM 2024 Examination (or, corrected subsequent to the exam). The photograph, signature, cLASS 10 (SSC) Marksheet, Category (OBC-NCL/EWS/SC/ST) Certificate and Physical Disability Certificate uploaded during the application process for JAM 2024 Examination will be used for the admission process.

IIT JAM 2024 Admission Process Fee
Admissions to over 2800 seats across 90 postgraduate programmes at 21 IITs will be coordinated by IIT Madras for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates seeking admission have to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 750. Candidates who have submitted the Application Form can modify their programme choices till the last date of submission of the application. Also, Candidates who have been offered seat should pay a Seat Booking Fee ONLINE within the stipulated time.
IIT JAM 2024 Counselling: Documents Required
IIT JAM Counselling process will start on April 10, 2024 onwards. Candidates will be able to fill the admission forms through online mode. Students who will qualify the exam can submit their admission forms with payment of the admission application fee. The counselling process will be held in various rounds according to seat availability in each round. On the basis of the candidate’s rank, admission will be offered to the students. Students must bring their complete documents as informed by the authority for the document verification process.
