Candidates who have passed the IIT JAM 2024 examination are eligible to apply for 2800 seats across 90 postgraduate programmes at around 21 IITs will be coordinated by IIT Madras for the academic year 2024-25.
IIT JAM 2024 Online Application for Admission Process Starting Tomorrow, April 10, 2024
IIT JAM 2024 online application for admission process will be starting form tomorrow, April 10, 2024. Test takers who had qualified the JAM 224 examination will be eligible to sit in the JAM 2024 admission counselling process. Interested applicants can visit the official website i.e., jam.iitm.ac.in to register by paying a non-refundable application fee of INR 750. Only candidates in the JAM 2024 Merit List will be eligible to apply for admission. Irrespective of whether a candidate appears in the Merit List of one or two Test Papers, only one duly completed Application Form should be submitted.
Based on the Test Papers qualified, a Candidate can apply to one or more academic programmes covered under that Test Papers, subject to the fulfilment of the Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQs) and Eligibility Requirements (ERs) of the respective Admitting Institutes. IIT JAM 2024 Admission Process Fee
Admissions to over 2800 seats across 90 postgraduate programmes at 21 IITs will be coordinated by IIT Madras for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates seeking admission have to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 750. Candidates who have submitted the Application Form can modify their programme choices till the last date of submission of the application. Also, Candidates who have been offered seat should pay a Seat Booking Fee ONLINE within the stipulated time.
IIT JAM 2024 Counselling: Documents Required
IIT JAM Counselling process will start on April 10, 2024 onwards. Candidates will be able to fill the admission forms through online mode. Students who will qualify the exam can submit their admission forms with payment of the admission application fee. The counselling process will be held in various rounds according to seats availability in each round. On the basis of candidate’s rank, admission will be offered to the students. Students must bring their complete documents as informed by the authority for the document verification process.
