The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras commenced the IIT JAM 2024 registration on September 5, 2023. Today, October 20, 2023, is the last date to apply for the IIT JAM 2024 exam. Interested candidates can visit the official website - jam.iitm.ac.in and complete the registration by today. Read here to know the steps.

The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras will close the IIT JAM 2024 registration today, October 20, 2023. The eligible and interested candidates who missed registering for the exam, still have the chance to register for the exam today.

The examination fee is INR 900 for female candidates applying for one paper, INR 1250 for female candidates applying for two papers, INR 1800 for all category candidates appearing for one paper, and INR 2500 for all other category candidates appearing for two papers.

Steps to do IIT JAM 2024 registration

The candidates can do the following to apply for IIT JAM 2024 exam:

  • Visit the official website - jam2024.iitm.ac.in
  • On the homepage, click on the IIT JAM 2024 link to register
  • Candidates will be redirected to JOAPS portal.
  • Candidates will be required to enter details for registration, enter the required information.
  • Fill the application form and upload the documents
  • Choose the test papers and pay the application fee
  • Save the form and take a print out for future reference

IIT JAM 2024 exam is all set to be held on February 11, 2024IIT JAM 2024 Admit Card will be available online to download from January 8, 2024. The candidates will be able to download the admit card till January 14, 2023. Documents to keep before filling out the IIT JAM Application Form 2024 are - active email ID, mobile phone number, photo ID proof, caste certificate (if any), documentation of successful completion of classes 10 and 12, graduation mark sheets, signature, passport size photograph.
