Indraprastha University In Delhi To Commence Online Admission Process on Feb 1

Interested candidates seeking admission must complete a registration process through the University's designated portal to be considered for admission at the University.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has announced the release of 3 Admission Brochures tailored for prospective students seeking admissions to its UG, PG, and PhD. Programmes for the Academic Session 2024-25. The online admission process at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi's Dwarka will begin on February 1 for the academic session 2024-25. 

"The GGS Indraprastha University is committed to facilitating a seamless admission process for the students. However, admission avenues include National Entrance Tests, Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the University & CUET, as well as certain courses on merit-based selection," said the university’s post on social media platform X.

The online application process for old courses will start on February 1, 2024, and for new courses, the admission process will commence on February 7, 2024. The deadline to apply for all the programmes is March 31.

Vice-Chancellor Mahesh Verma told the media, “the university has set up a Centre for Distance and Online Learning to widen the ambit of learning. The university has this year also opened doors to international students for PhD admissions. The university has adopted NEP across all curriculums and the students will be given the benefit of multiple entry and exit," as reported by India Today.

“The university is also planning to start separate quotas for girls and sports," he added.
