IIT JAM Registration for Counselling Process Closing Today, April 24, 2024
IIT Madras will be closing the JAM 2024 online application portal for the counselling process today, April 24, 2024. Interested applicants who are yet to fill out the registration form for JAM 2024 counselling must visit the official website ie., jam.iitm.ac.in. and do the basic registrations for sitting in the IIT JAM counselling 2024 process.
Candidates who have submitted the Application Form can modify their programme choices till the last date of submission of application. The last date for doing the corrections in the JAM 2024 application form is April 24, 2024. Based on the applications received from the candidates who have scored above the JAM 2024 cut-off, the exam officials will release the IIT JAM 2024 first admission list on May 31, 2024. Admissions to over 3000 seats across 89 postgraduate programmes at 21 IITs will be coordinated by IIT Madras for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates who have been offered and accepted the seat should pay a Seat Booking Fee of ₹15,000/- for General/OBC-NCL/EWS category and ₹7,500/- for SC/ST/PwD category online within the stipulated time period.

IIT JAM 2024 Admission Process Fee
Admissions to over 2800 seats across 90 postgraduate programmes at 21 IITs will be coordinated by IIT Madras for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates seeking admission have to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 750. Candidates who have submitted the Application Form can modify their programme choices till the last date of submission of the application. Also, Candidates who have been offered seat should pay a Seat Booking Fee ONLINE within the stipulated time.
IIT JAM 2024 Counselling: Documents Required
IIT JAM Counselling process will start on April 10, 2024 onwards. Candidates will be able to fill the admission forms through online mode. Students who will qualify the exam can submit their admission forms with payment of the admission application fee. The counselling process will be held in various rounds according to seat availability in each round. On the basis of the candidate’s rank, admission will be offered to the students. Students must bring their complete documents as informed by the authority for the document verification process.
