IIT Madras had recently released the JAM 2024 fifth admission list today, July 4, 2024. Test takers who had scored above the JAM 2024 subject-wise cut-off, can visit the official website and check the JAM 2024 fifth admission list by going through the opening and closing ranks. IIT JAM 2024 fifth Admission List Released
IIT Madras, the exam conducting body announced the IIT JAM 2024 fifth admmison list today, July 4, 2024 on the official website. Earlier the exam officials notified the JAM 2024 fifth admission list released date as July 3, 2024 but due to technical issues, they have announced now. Based on the order of preferences given by the candidate in the Admission Form and corresponding ranks in the Merit List, the fifth Admission List is prepared and released by IIT Madras on the official website of IIT JAM 2024, i.e, jam.iitm.ac.in.
In the fifth round, candidates will be given two choices:
| Choices | Description |
|---|---|
| (1) Accept and Freeze | By choosing "Accept and Freeze", the applicant accepts the offered seat and will NOT be considered for upgradation, if any. |
| (2) Reject and Move to Waitlist | By choosing "Reject and Move to Waitlist" the applicant rejects the offered seat and wishes to move to the waitlist for being considered for Future vacancies, if any. |

Offer letters from the admitting Institutes will be available for downloading by the candidates through Candidate Portal, after the final round of admissions. The Applicants who are offered a seat should report to the Admitting Institutes along with the required documents, as per their offer letter.
