JMI Admissions 2022 to be based on CUET, Check important dates, list of courses, other details

JMI Admissions 2022: Jamia Millia Islamia has announced that it will conduct the admissions for the academic session 2022-23 through Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2022) for ten selected courses. Earlier, the University had decided to adopt CUET 2022 for eight UG courses.

JMI Admission 2022 through CUET

As per the prospectus released by the University, “Admission to BTech. (2022-23) programme of Jamia Millia Islamia will be based on the final rank of JEE Main 2022 conducted by NTA (National Test Agency).”

Candidates looking forward to taking admission to BTech programme, must note that they have to register for JEE Main 2022 and also fill out the online application form of Jamia Millia Islamia. Candidates can fill out the online application form by visiting the official website of JMI; i.e. jmi.ac.in on or before May 12, 2022. For admission to BArch programme at the university, candidates have to qualify National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture. And, for admission to BDS programme, they will have to qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET 2022).

Candidates can check the JMI Entrance Exam 2022 important dates below. It must be noted that only those students who will qualify JMI entrance exam will be allowed to appear for the JMI Counselling after the result declaration to get admission in the varsity.

 JMI Admissions 2022: Details

JMI will conduct the CUET 2022 (Earlier, named CUCET) will be conducted for 10 undergraduate courses. Candidates must note that they will have to appear for the CUET 2022 exam and also register online at jmicoe.in. Candidates must note that they have to fill CUET application form 2022 first, as they need to enter the application number in the JMI admission form. The rank list will be published based on the final rank of CUET 2022, strictly as per merit and JMI Admission Policy, it said.
