UPCATET 2024 Online Counselling for MVSc and PhD (PDV) dates are out on the official site for candidates who appeared in the UPCATET Exam for the academic session 2024-25. Read this Shiksha news to go through the UPCATET 2024 Counselling dates and upcoming events. 

UPCATET 2024 Counselling for MVSc and PhD (PDV) in online scheduled is out on the official site. The online registration and fee submission will start on February 1, 2025. Candidates must visit the official site to register themselves before the end date which is February 3, 2025.  

The campus reporting date is scheduled between February 13, 2025, to February 14, 2025, all the selected candidates must visit the campus before 5:00 pm. The date to submit the security fee is between February 8, 2025, to February 12, 2025 (till 05:00 PM).

UPCATET Counselling 2024: Required Documents

Here is the list of all the necessary documents candidates must carry during the counselling process. 

  • Candidates must have a copy of the online UPCATET application form duly attested by the Registrar/ Principal/ Dean of the last attended college/ institution.
  • Candidates must carry attested photocopies of Class 10 and 12 certificates and mark sheets.
  • Candidates should have an original and attested photocopy of marks sheets and certificates of Bachelor's and Master's Degree courses.
  • Students should carry a domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh state issued by the competent authority.
  • Original copy of sport weightage certificate.
  • Original copy of character and conduct certificate from the Head of last attended college/ institution.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of five passport-size photographs with name and roll number written on the back.
  • Students must carry an original copy of the OBC category certificate issued after March 31, 2024, or valid on a counselling date.
  • Two bank drafts of the counselling fee and initiation fee.

Q:   Is there any offline counselling for UPCATET exam?

A:

Normally, UPCATET offline counselling is not be done in offline mode. Applicants who want to take part in admission process must participate in online counselling done by Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology ( Ayodhya). Candidate must note that after declaration of UPCATET results the exam conducting authorities will release the dates of UPCATET counselling schedule. 

But authorities also releases the special schedule of offline counselling. Candidates who want to take part in counselling must prepare the required documents as well as security fees which needs to be deposited during counselling process.
