SIBM Pune Summer Placements 2022-24: Highest stipend stood at INR 4 Lakhs for 2 months

Over 60 companies participated in SIBM Pune summer internships 2022. The process concluded with the highest stipend of INR 4 Lakhs for 2 months, a median stipend of INR 3.1 Lakhs for 2 months.

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune has successfully concluded the summer placements for the batch of 2022-24, wherein the incumbent Placement Team of SIBM Pune recorded outstanding performance in this year’s Summer Internship Recruitment Process (SIRP).

Highest stipend stood at INR 4 Lakhs for 2 months

Giving a few vital statistics, Dr Ramakrishnan Raman, Director of SIBM Pune shared, “This year the Summer Placements saw participation from over 60 companies. The process concluded with the highest stipend of INR 4 Lakhs for 2 months, a median stipend of INR 3.1 Lakhs for 2 months, and an average stipend of INR 2.91 lakhs for 2 months with 71% of students receiving above INR 2.5 lakhs for 2 months.” The summer placement process at SIBM Pune witnessed participation from 20+ new recruiters, while prestigious legacy recruiters continued their association with the institute. Product Management and Consulting based roles were also aplenty given the changing dynamics of the corporate world in these times.
