Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has uploaded the error percentage of the candidates in DEST/Typing Test on October 26. The result for DEST/Typing Test was declared on October 18, 2022. Candidates can check their error percentage obtained in DEST/Typing Test till November 16, 2022. Candidates may check their individual marks obtained in DEST/Typing Test by logging through their registered ID and password.

Based on DEST/Typing Test result, a total of 11,544 candidates were declared qualified for the document verification stage.

The steps to check SSC CHSL 2020 marks for DEST/Typing Test are given below:

  • Visit the official website
  • Click the link- ‘Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2020 – Uploading of error percentage of the candidates in DEST/Typing Test’
  • Login with the required credentials
  • Check the marks and save it for future reference

SSC CHSL Tie-Breaking Policy

The tie-breaking policy of SSC CHSL is given below:

  • The candidate scoring more marks in the tier-II exam is ranked higher
  • If the tie is still not resolved, the candidate higher in age is ranked higher
  • If the tie is still not resolved, the candidates are ranked in alphabetical order

SSC conducts the CHSL exam to recruit candidates for various posts such as LDC, JSA, PA, SA and DEO in different ministries/departments/offices of the Government of India. SSC CHSL selection process comprises tier 1-(objective type), tier 2 (descriptive type) and tier 3 (skill/ typing test). Candidates are required to qualify all the three tiers.
