SSC CHSL Tier-I 2022 question paper (all sets) with the final answers will be released one week after the declaration of the result. SSC CHSL Tier-I exam has a General Awareness section. General Awareness questions are easy for the candidates who know it and difficult for those who don't know it. Questions in this section test the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him/her and its application to society. Questions also test the candidate’s knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated person.

SSC CHSL Tier1 exam 2022 was conducted from May 24 to June 10. The admit card status was released by all the regional SSC websites separately. SSC regional websites asked the candidates to bring the following documents to the exam centre on the day of exam.

1. One government identity proof to establish their identity in case asked for the same

2. The aforesaid idnenity proof must contain the date of birth of the candidate. In case the date of birth is not mentioned on the identity proof, another identity proof having date of birth will be required.

The identity proofs eligible for the date of birth is 

• High School Certificate
• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card
• Passport

But ration card and the affidavit in support of date of birth were not allowed.

SSC CHSL Tier-2 exam is a descriptive type exam where the candidates are asked to write essay and letter in the answer sheet provided at the exam centre. The time limit for the exam is one hour and the candidates need to write the answers as per the following word limit.

SSC CHSL Tier-I exam was conducted based on the exam pattern notified in the official advertisement. The candidates get 60 minutes to solve 100 questions. The candidates are expected to complete 100 questions in sixty minutes where the question paper was divided in four different section. There is no time limit for the section. Important point to note is that, there is a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each incorrect answer which stands ar one by fourth because 2 marks is awarded for each correct answer. SSC CHSL Tier-I exam pattern is very simple. It is just a one-hour paper asking 100 multiple-choice questions. The pattern is simple but it is very difficult to read, understand, solve and mark the answer on the Computer screen where less than one minute is assigned for each question.

SSC CHLS 2022 notification was issued on February 1. The Commission notified the official CHSL Tier-I syllabus and exam pattern in the official advertisement. SSC CHSL Tier-I exam 2022 was conducted based on the notified syllabus and exam pattern.  The official notification was released without mentioning the exam dates and the number of vacancies in the exam. SSC CHSL Tier-1 exam 2022 was conducted from May 24 to June 10 and the tentative answer key was released on June 22. The candidates were given a time of 5 days to send their objections through the centralised system. SSC will analyse these objections and prepare the final answer key based on which the SSC CHSL Tier-I result will be declared.

SSC CHSL Tier-II exam dates will be released later after the declaration of result and publishing the answer key. SSC CHSL Tier-II is conducted offline where the candidates are asked to write a letter and essay on the given issues.

SSC CHSL Tier-I exam 2022 was an objective type Multiple Choice Question-based Computer- Based Test (CBT). The candidates were required to select the right answer from the given options. The exam was conducted on Computers and the candidates marked their answers on the Computers only. The candidates having a practice of mental calculations will score better in the exam. 

SSC CHSL Tier-I answer key (final) will be released after the declaration of results. The candidates must check their score with the tentative answer key because only one or two questions be changed in the final answer key and the marks will approximately be same. The marks can given a clear idea about the selection when compared with the previous years cutoffs.

SSC CHSL Tier-I marks will be released after the declaration of the Tier 1 result. SSC will release a separate notice mentioning that the SSC CHSL Marks and Score sheet were made live. The candidates need to log in with their registration number to check their marks and download their score card.

SSC CHSL vacancies will be released before the result because it will have implications on the result. SSC CHSL vacancies will determine the number of candidates required for the Tier-2 exam. The SSC CHSL cutoff will be decided once the number of candidates (to be selected) is calculated by SSC. Moreover, a higher number of vacancies means higher the candidates will be selected in SSC CHSL Tier-1 result 2022.

SSC CHSL Tier-1 cutoff will also be released with the result pdf. The candidates should calculate their marks from the tentative answer key and compare them with the previous year's exam cutoff and vacancies.

SSC CHSL Vacancies 2022 will also be released either before of along with the result. The Commission can also release both of them together as done for the CGL Exam.
