SSC JHT notification 2022 will be released today (July 20) by the Staff Selection Commission. Interested candidates can fill the application form till August 4. The exam will be conducted in October 2022.
SSC JHT Notification 2022 Releases Today
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release SSC JHT notification 2022 today (July 20). Along with the notification, SSC JHT application form 2022 will also be released. Candidates can submit their application forms till August 4. SSC JHT 2022 exam will be conducted in October 2022.
Earlier, SSC JHT notification 2022 was scheduled to be released on August 22, 2022 and the exam was scheduled to be conducted in December 2022. However, the examination authority has revised SSC JHT dates. SSC JHT notification 2022 will comprise all details related to the exam such as the number of vacancies, exam dates, eligibility, selection process, exam pattern and syllabus.
SSC JHT Eligibility Criteria
The age limit is 18 to 30. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in the upper age limit. For post code A to D, candidates must hold a master degree from a government-approved university and Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa from a recognized institute or two years experience in Hindi to English translation and vice-versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaken organizations.
For post code E, candidates must have completed postgraduation from a government-approved university and Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or three years experience in Hindi to English translation and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaken organizations.
SSC JHT Application Fee
SSC JHT application form comprises two parts-1 and 2. Part 1 comprises registration while Part 2 comprises filling the detailed application form. The application form fee can be paid both online. The application fee is INR 100, while SC/Women/ST/ESM candidates are exempted from fee payment.
SSC JHT Selection Process
The exam is conducted in two stages: Paper 1 and 2. Based on the marks scored in Paper 1, candidates are shortlisted category-wise to appear in Paper 2. On the basis of the performance in Paper 1 and Paper 2, candidates are shortlisted for Document Verification. The final allocation is done based on the merit-cum-preference. The exam is conducted for recruitment to the post of Junior Hindi Translator, Senior Hindi Translator for various Ministries/Departments/Organizations in the Government of India.
