Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022: The Union Education Minister of India Dharmendra Pradhan in his recent press conference talked about the important aspects of the upcoming PPC 2022: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to interact with students, teachers and parents. PM Modi will address the students on April 1 as part of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022. This will be the fifth edition of PPC 2022 to be held at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi. Following COVID-19 protocols amid the ongoing pandemic situation, only one thousand students of Delhi NCR, UP, and Haryana are invited, the Union Minister informed.
Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022 be featured in USA, UAE, and others
PPC 2022 has received registrations from over 12.12 Lakh students. Over 2.71 lakh teachers have also registered for Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022. The union education minister also informed that PPC 2022 will be featured in USA, UAE and in countries with Indian diaspora as well. Sharing important updates on PPC 2022, the Education Minister said that several students have participated in the competitions organised as part of PPC 2022.
Live streaming at Governor's House
The ministry conducted an online creative writing competition on various topics from December 28 to January 20, 2022, to select participants. Questions asked by selected winners will be featured in the Pariksha Pe Charcha programme. As a first, live streaming will also be done at Governor's House.
The Education Minister has sent letters to chief ministers of all the states to call a few students to Governor's House and watch the live streaming with them. PPC 2022 will also be telecast in 30 countries.
Since 2018, the centre is conducting PM Modi’s Pariksha Pe Charcha. The Prime Minister goes live to interact with students and teachers. The event is being conducted ahead of exam seasons in the country. CBSE Term 2 exams 2022 are scheduled to begin from April 26. The engineering entrance exams including Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2022 will also be held in April and May.
