NTA UGC NET 2018 Mock Test Registrations for students begin
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced UGC NET 2018 mock test registrations. All candidates interested in taking mock test for UGC NET 2018 can fill the registration form on the official website of NTA. Steps to register for UGC NET mock exam are mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the agency (https://www.nta.ac.in/).
Step 2: Click on the link, Student Registration (For Mock Test).
Step 3: Login to the page through Google account, Facebook account or mobile number.
Step 4: Fill mock test registration form. Some of the details to be filled/ uploaded in the form are:
- Personal details such as name, date of birth, age, father’s name, gender, passport size photograph (to be uploaded) and photo ID proof (to be uploaded)
- Contact details such as email address, mobile number, complete residential address with pin code
- Academic details such as school/ institute attending/ last attended, enrollment number
- Exam details such as exam type (JEE Main or UGC NET) and number of attempts already taken
Step 5: Click on the Submit button.
On clicking the button, candidates’ NTA UGC NET 2018 mock test registration process will be successfully complete.
It may be noted that UGC NET is being conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the first time ever. Therefore, in order to make candidates familiariase with the online format of the exam, NTA will release UGC NET mock test in November, 2018. However, in order to prepare well for the exam, candidates are also advised to check UGC NET past year question papers.
UGC NET 2018 is scheduled to be conducted by NTA from December 9 – 23 in two shifts per day. The exam will consist of two objective-type papers that candidates need to complete in a composite time duration of three hours. However, there will be a gap of 30 minutes between both the papers.
