Revised UP B.Ed JEE exam date 2020 out; paper to be held on July 29

Revised UP B.Ed JEE exam date 2020 has been released. The teaching entrance exam for over 4.5 lakh candidates will be held on July 29.

Lucknow University has announced the revised UP B.Ed JEE 2020 exam date. The varsity will conduct the teaching entrance exam for over 4.5 lakh candidates on July 29. It may be noted that UP B.Ed JEE 2020 was postponed twice before. Initially, the teaching exam was scheduled to be held on April 8. However, the exam was postponed due to Coronavirus pandemic to be held on April 22. Thereafter, the exam was postponed again.

Precautions against COVID-19 for UP B.Ed JEE candidates

As precautions against COVID-19 on the day of the exam, Lucknow University is likely to double the number of UP B.Ed JEE exam centres 2020 from 900 to 1,900. In an official notification released earlier, the varsity had informed that it is trying to make a test centre in every district of Uttar Pradesh so that candidates do not have to travel far to take the exam.

For the same, Lucknow University had also given the option to candidates to change their preference for UP B.Ed JEE exam centre as per their current location. The facility for changing the preference for the exam was available till June 19. Around 1.10 lakh candidates have changed their preference, as per reports.
