UP BEd JEE 2020: Lucknow University begins registration

The candidates who will successfully qualify the entrance examination will be attending the counseling process. The counseling session will be conducted on June 1 for seat allotment.    

Lucknow University has commenced the registration process for Uttar Pradesh BEd Joint Entrance Examination (UP BEd JEE) 2020 on its official website. Candidates who are interested in the programme can register themselves on the official web portal of Lucknow University i.e. lkouniv.ac.in. The University has begun the registration process for UP BEd JEE 2020, while, the application process for the same programme will commence on February 14, 2020. The last date to apply for the course is March 6. However, candidates who fail to apply by March 6 can apply for the UP BEd JEE 2020 exam with a late fee until March 11. According to the latest reports, the Lucknow University will conduct the entrance exam in the month of April.

UP BEd JEE 2020: Eligibility criteria

The candidates who are interested in applying for the UP BEd JEE 2020 must possess a graduation degree with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognized university. The minimum marks required for the candidates with BE or BTech degree is 55 percent.

However, there is no minimum percentage requirement for the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories.

The visually impaired candidates will get a relaxation of 5 percent marks in the graduation degree.

Step 1: Visit the official web portal of Lucknow University i.e. lkouniv.ac.in

Step 2: Go to the ‘Current Event’ section

Step 3: Click on the link that reads,'Detailed process and online application form for JEE BEd Admissions 2020'

Step 4: The link will direct you to the ‘General Guidelines and Online Form Submission’ page

Step 5: Click on ‘click here to register’

Step 6: Registration page will open

Step 7: Click on ‘register for new user’

Step 8: Enter the required details, generate OTP, and follow the steps as required

Step 9: Once registered, the candidates can log in using the registered credentials and then fill the application and attach the required scanned documents
