University of Lucknow Releases UGPET 2022 Admission Brochure

The University of Lucknow has released the admission brochure for Under Graduate Professional Entrance Test (UGPET). LU UGPET is being conducted for admission to BBA and BCA courses offered by Lucknow University. The varsity will prepare a merit list based on the scores of the candidates in the UGPET exam. The admission shall be based on the order of merit. Scores of candidates in UGPET 2022 will work as the sole admission criteria for admission to the 2022-23 batch of the UG professional courses on offer by Lucknow University. 

Eligibility Criteria for UGPET 2022

Candidates abiding by the following eligibility conditions will be considered for the BBA and BCA admissions to Lucknow University:

• Candidates must have passed Class 12, irrespective of the stream
• Unreserved category candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50 per cent in Class 12
• Reserved category candidates must have secured an aggregate of 45 per cent in Class 12

During the current session of the LU UGPET, the varsity aims to fill as many as 480 seats in the professional courses on offer via the entrance test. The course wise seat intake is mentioned below:

• BBA: 180 
• BBA (International Business): 60 
• BBA (Management Sciences): 60
• BBA (Tourism): 60 
• BCA: 120

Lucknow University is yet to announce the schedule to conduct the UGPET 2022 exam. In the previous session, the exam details along with the important dates were released in the first week of March. With the unforeseen delay, candidates can now expect the UGPET application form to be released anytime soon.
