When is NEET result 2022? What we know so far
There is no official announcement yet on the release date of NEET result 2022, however, it is expected to be released in the first week of September, read here what we know so far.
NEET 2022 was conducted on July 17 and the candidates have been waiting for NEET result 2022, which is expected to be declared in the first week of September. However, there is no official announcement from the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the release date of the NEET 2022 answer key and NEET result 2022.
The NEET 2022 answer key is expected to be out at any time now along with the OMR sheets. As per reports, NEET 2022 answer key is expected to be released today by 7 pm on the NTA's official website neet.nta.nic.in. If it will not release today, then also it is expected to be out tentatively by the end of this week.

Once the answer key will be released, NTA will provide a few days for NEET 2022 candidates to submit objections if any and these objections will be reviewed by an expert panel of NTA. If the objections are found to be correct, the answer key will be revised accordingly and based on this, the final answer key and NEET 2022 result will be prepared and declared.
How to check NEET 2022 result?
Once the NTA releases the NEET 2022 result, the candidates can check their results and download the scorecards in online mode by following the steps given below:
- Go to the official website of neet.nta.nic.in
- Navigate to the 'View Result' tab.
- Enter the roll number, password or date of birth and security pin
- NEET 2022 scorecard will be displayed on the screen
- Download and print the scorecard for future references
NTA will also release the various merit lists based on the NEET 2022 result. There will be multiple merit lists based on the candidates' category and also an overall NEET merit list including the names and ranks of the candidates who appeared for NEET 2022. The overall merit list will be the first merit list prepared by NTA and will be forwarded to all counselling bodies, both national and state.
