Students can choose from two-course options for graduate-level (duration – four years) - BSc (Basic) and BSc (Post-Basic), postgraduate level MSc in Nursing (duration – 18 months to three years) and PhD in Nursing (two to three years). The eligibility criteria for the two is mentioned below:
- BSc (Basic)– Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and should be medically fit.
- BSc (Post-Basic) –Candidates must have passed Class 12 in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). One has to get a certificate in GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) and register him/herself as RNRM (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) from the State Nurses Registration Council.
- MSc in Nursing -Candidates must have passed BSc Nursing / BSc Hons Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing with a minimum of 55 percent aggregate.
- PhD in Nursing -Candidates must have passed MSc Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate.
