Rajasthan police has released dates for preliminary written exam for constable posts, exam will be held in May.
Rajasthan Police Constable exam date has been released by Home Guard Department, Rajasthan. As per the latest notification, the exam will be conducted during May 2020 tentatively.
Rajasthan Police Constable admit card will be released one week before the commencement of the written test. Registered candidates need to download Rajasthan Police Constable admit card from Rajasthan SSO official website, so.rajasthan.gov.in/signin. Candidates have to login using their SSO ID or Username and Password.

The written exam for Rajasthan police constable will have four different sections –
- Reasoning, logic and basic computer literacy – 60 questions will be asked from this section and sectional marks will remain 30 for this section
- Knowledge of staututory provision related to crime against women and children - 10 questions will be asked from this section and sectional marks will remain 5 for this section
- General Knowledge, General Science, Current Affairs – 35 questions will be asked with total marks for this section will be 17.5
- History, Geography, Economy, Polity, Culture and Arts of Rajasthan – this section will have 22.5 marks and the number of questions will be 45
General, Backward Class (OBC and MBC) and SC/ST candidates need to score 40% and 30% marks respectively to qualify in the written test. Ex-servicemen will get extra 5% relaxation above prescribed qualifying percentage as per the categories they belong to. There is no minimum passing marks for candidates belong to Saharia Tribes.
