The new IBPS Clerk 2021 application form will be released on October 7. The last date to apply for the exam is October 27. The prelims and mains exams will be conducted in 13 regional languages.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will release the new application form for IBPS Clerk 2021 exam on October 7. All the tests other than the test of English will be conducted in 13 regional languages besides English and Hindi. Interested candidates can fill IBPS Clerk 2021 application form till October 27. The application fees are INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD candidates. 

Earlier, IBPS Clerk 2021 application process was closed temporarily as the recruitment was put on hold by the Finance Ministry amid the concerns raised by certain media regarding conducting the exam only in two languages-English and Hindi, despite the fact that 22 languages are recognized by the Constitution of India. The Finance Ministry, on September 30, had announced its decision to hold the IBPS Clerk 2021 exam in 13 regional languages.

IBPS Clerk 2021 dates have been announced. The prelims exam of IBPS Clerk 2021 will be conducted on December 2021. The mains exam of IBPS Clerk will be conducted on January/February 2021. A total of 5830 vacancies will be filled through the recruitment process of IBPS Clerk. Selected candidates will be appointed to the post of Clerical Cadre in 11 participating public sector banks.

The basic IBPS Clerk salary is Rs 11,765. The pay scale is INR 11,765-655/3-13,730-815/3-16,175-980/4-20,095-1145/7-28,110-2120/1-30,230/1310-1-31,540. In addition, candidates are entitled to other special pay and allowances. In 2020, a total of 7.41 lakh candidates had applied for IBPS Clerk exam, out of these, 5.08 lakh had appeared.
