Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have issued the RRB Junior Engineer call letters online for the Document Verification and Medical Examination stage. The candidates can download the RRB JE call letter for the Document Verification and Medical Examination by entering their Registration number and date of birth. In addition to the candidate’s information, the RRB JE e-call letter contains the information about the date and venue of the DV and Medical exam dates. SOme RRBs issued datewise schedule for document verification. The candidates can download it from the given links.
How to Download the RRB JE call letter?
- Go to the link given for each RRB
- Click on the “e-call letter for Document Verification & Medical Examination” button
- By clicking the above button and “Candidate Login” will appear
- Enter the registration number and date of birth to download the call letter
- Download and take a print of the call letter to reproduce at the RRB offices at the time of DV

The DV and Medical Examination is the last stage of the RRB JE examination 2019. After DV and Medical examination appointment letter will be issued to the qualified candidates. Around 50% extra number of candidates were called for the DV because lots of candidates do not turn up for the DV and various candidates get disqualified in the medical test conducted by the Railway hospitals It was mentioned in the RRB JE notification that 50% extra candidates will be called for the DV stage.

RRB JE scorecard was released on November 3 for all the candidates who appeared in the RRB JE CBT-2 exam conducted on September 19, 2019 in a single session. The total marks of the CBT-2 were out of 150 marks. Around 2 Lakh candidates appeared in the RRB JE CBT-e exam for the 13561 vacancies notified in the RRB JE notification.
RRB JE Result 2019 was announced on November 2 and various RRBs declared the result at different times. RRB Bilaspur did not issue the result pdf instead released the link for the scorecard. RRB JE result was delayed due to the technical reasons as stated by the RRBs notice.
RRB JE Exam is the three-stage examination consists of computer-based tests – CBT-1 and CBT-2 and the third stage is Document verification and Medical examination. RRB JE Exam is conducted to recruit Junior Engineers for various departments of the Railways.
