The ongoing SSC CPO 2019-20 medical test has been cancelled by the Ministry of Home Affairs with effect from March 23, 2020, following the outbreak of COVID-19. The fresh dates will be notified to candidates in due course.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has postponed SSC CPO 2019-20 medical exam following the outbreak of COVID-19. An official notice released on the respective regional websites of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) reads, “As a precautionary measure, in view of the emergent situation due to COVID-19, it has been decided by the commission, in the larger public interest, to postpone the ongoing Detailed Medical Examination (DME) with effect from March 23, 2020.”

“The fresh schedule for DME of remaining candidates will be announced in due course. Candidates are advised to visit the website of the commission regularly for updates,” the notice further notice. The medical test of SSC CPO 2019-20 which was scheduled to be conducted from March 23 to 30, 2020 has only cancelled. 

SSC CPO admit card 2019-20 for medical test was made available on the respective regional websites. Candidates can check their status and download the admit card by logging with the required credentials.

How to download SSC CPO 2019-20 admit card for medical test?

Candidates can follow the steps below to download the admit card for medical test.

  • Visit the respective regional websites of SSC
  • Click the admit card link on the home page
  • Enter registration ID, date of birth and security code
  • If you know the roll number, enter the same, date of birth and security code
  • If you do not know roll number, then enter name, father’s name, date of birth and security code
  • The admit card appears on the screen
  • Download the admit card and take its printout

The outbreak of COVID-19 has paralysed normal life. The total number of active cases as of today is 256. Several recruitment exams have been cancelled due to this.
