NTA UGC NET 2020 admit card & subject-wise exam dates released
UGC NET admit card 2020 has been released by NTA today. Along with the admit card, NTA has also released the subject- and shift-wise UGC NET exam dates 2020. Check steps to download UGC NET admit card and other important details here.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC NET 2020 admit card today, September 19 for the exams scheduled to be held on September 24 and 25. The UGC NET admit card download link is also activated on the official website of the exam.
Along with the admit card, NTA has also released the complete subject-and shift-wise UGC NET 2020 exam dates. The UGC NET 2020 exam will be conducted on different dates in September, October and November in two shifts per day.
How to Download UGC NET Admit Card 2020?
Candidates can download the UGC NET 2020 admit card from the official website of the exam by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official website – ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link available for downloading the admit card.
Step 3: Enter the following credentials:
- Application number
- Date of birth
Step 4: Click on Login.
Step 5: Download and print the UGC NET admit card.

UGC NET Exam Day & COVID-19 Guidelines 2020
Now that the admit card has been released, it is important for candidates to keep in mind the following points with respect to exam day and COVID-19 guidelines:
- It is mandatory for candidates to carry the UGC NET admit card at the allotted exam centre
- Along with the admit card, candidates are also advised to carry a passport size photo and an original photo ID proof such as PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, etc.
- Candidates must wear a face mask
- Candidates must carry hand sanitizers
- Candidates must appear at the test centre only as per the time mentioned on their admit card
- Candidates are not allowed to carry any electronic gadget such as mobile phone or calculator inside the test centre
