The UPSC exam calendar 2020(new & revised) was issued by Union Public Service Commission on June 5. The UPSC exam calendar 2020 provides the information about the notification and exam dates of various exams affected by the coronavirus pandemic and the consequent lockdowns. The new UPSC exam calendar provide the UPSC exam dates for 2020 and in addition to that, it gives the IAS main exam 2020 dates which will be conducted in January 2021. The UPSC will be releasing one more calendar having new dates because all the dates are not revised and some of the exams are on the same day.

The UPSC had issued a notice on May 4 stating the postponing of the IAS prelims exam scheduled to be conducted on May 31. In the notice, UPSC also mentioned that the new dates of postponed exams and the deferred notifications will be issued on May 20 after assessing the situation.
