2. BS-MS Dual Degree Programme

IISERs institute in India provided BS-MS 5 year dual degree and 4 year BS (IISER Bhopal) degree programme. Students admitted to the IISERs can pursue their BS/BS-MS programs either in Natural Sciences or Engineering Sciences or Economic Sciences. On the basis of a candidate’s score in the IISER entrance exam (also known as IISER aptitude test), he/she can secure admission at IISER located in Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, or Tirupati. Candidates who cleared their Class 12 in the Science stream are eligible to apply for the IISER entrance exam 2024. As per the IISER entrance exam pattern, there are a total of 60 objective questions that candidates need to complete in three hours duration.

  • The candidates must have passed the Class XII or equivalent level examination in 2022 or 2023 or 2024 from any board recognized by the Council of Boards of School Education in India COBSE.

  • Candidates must have taken at least three subjects among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics during their Class XII (or equivalent) examination.

  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD require to score a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in their Class XII (or equivalent) examination. Candidates belonging to other categories require to score a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in their Class XII (or equivalent) examination.

OUAT entrance exam is conducted by Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) to offer admission to aspirants in undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. The official website informs: “The University offers education at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels in Agriculture. OUAT The minimum education qualification to pursue a BSc course at Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology states that aspirants should have pursued their Class 11 and Class 12 with Science and secured a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks including extra optional. Candidates who have applied for admission under the SC/ST/PH category need to have secured a minimum of 40 percent marks in their qualifying exam.
