CUCET 2020 application window extended due to COVID-19 outbreak. Candidates can apply online and take a look at the latest schedule.
The Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) 2020 application window has now been extended from April 11, 2020 to April 25, 2020. The extension comes in the wake of the global pandemic known as COVID-19 (Coronavirus). However, the remaining dates stand as it is and there are no other changes made to the exam dates as of now.
How to apply for CUCET 2020?
Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps on how to apply for CUCET 2020.
Step 1: Visit the official website of CUCET 2020.
Step 2: Search for the link ‘Apply Online’.
Step 3: Select new registration option.
Step 4: Fill the personal and academic details as asked in the CUCET application form.
Step 5: Upload the documents such as passport size picture and signature image.
Step 6: Pay the CUCET application fee via online mode i.e. net banking/credit card/debit card.
Step 7: Once the candidate has made the payment, the applicant will receive a confirmation mail.
What is CUCET?
The Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is a national-level entrance exam which is conducted jointly by 13 central universities along with Dr.B.R. Ambedkar School of Economics, Assam University, Baba Ghulam Shah Badsha University to offer students admission in various undergraduate, postgraduate and RP programmes which are offered. Rajasthan Central University is conducting the 2020 CUCET.
CUCET is conducted in offline mode and the duration of the national-level entrance exam is 2 hours. The exam questions will be in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) format and the medium of the exam is of two hours.
