All Telangana State Common Entrance Tests including TSEdCET has been postponed in the wake of coronavirus pandemic until further notice.

Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has postponed TSEdCET along with all other CET examinations until further notice. Besides, TSEdCET application last date without late fee has been extended up to May 5 in the wake of coronavirus pandemic.

As per the notification released by TSCHE due to extension of lockdown by the government, the last date of online application fee submission for all CETS 2020 without late fee is extended up to May 5 and all CETS are postponed, new dates will be notified later.

Apart from TSEdCET, various other entrance exams that are also falling under this bracket are  TS EAMCET, TS LAWCET, TS ECET, TS ICET, TS PGECET and TS PECET. Applications for most of the exams are ongoing. Exams were scheduled to be held in May.

Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EdCET) is conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. The exam is conducted online to facilitate admission of the candidates in two-year B.Ed courses offered at the Colleges of Education in Telangana State.

The authority has asked candidates preparing for all CET exams need to visit the official websites frequently to get updates regarding the exams. It is likely that the exams will be held after the situation becomes normal and after all restrictions are withdrawn.
