AMU MTech Admission 2022

At the PG level, AMU offers a two-year full-time MTech programme in the stream of Engineering. Candidates must qualify GATE exam for admission to MTech and M.Arch programmes. However, for MTech Admission Process, there will be a Departmental Test. MTech specialisations along with thier eligibility criteria are tabulated below:

Agricultural Process & Food Engineering (Curriculum)	Candidate must have a BTech or its equivalent degree in Agricultural/ Food/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Dairy Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Bio Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Chemical (Curriculum)	Candidate must have a BTech or its equivalent with minimum 60% marks or equivalent
Civil	Candidate must have a BTech or its equivalent in the relevant branch of study with minimum 60% marks or equivalent
Electrical (Curriculum)	Candidate must have a BTech or its equivalent examination in the relevant branch of study with minimum 60% marks or equivalent
Electronics	Candidate must have a BTech or its equivalent examination in the relevant branch of study with minimum 60% marks or equivalent
Mechanical	Candidate must have a BTech or its equivalent examination in the relevant branch of study with minimum 60% marks or equivalent
Petroleum & Petrochemical (Curriculum)	Candidate must have a BTech or its equivalent examination in the relevant branch of study with minimum 60% marks or equivalent
