By alleviating the burden of tuition fees, the initiative allows students to pursue their academic ambitions without the added stress of financial constraints.

Holistic Support for Student Success

The scope of Alliance Vidhya Spandhana extends beyond financial aid. Recognizing that true educational equity involves more than just access, the initiative includes comprehensive support systems to ensure student’s overall success. This includes mentorship programs that offer academic guidance and personal development, as well as support services that address the social and emotional challenges faced by students. By fostering an environment that supports both academic and personal growth, Alliance Vidhya Spandhana aims to create a nurturing and inclusive educational experience.

Alignment with Global Educational Goals

Alliance Vidhya Spandhana is deeply aligned with the objectives of SDG-4. This alignment underscores the initiative's commitment to promoting inclusive education and breaking down barriers to access. By contributing to the realization of SDG-4 targets, Alliance Vidhya Spandhana plays a part in the global effort to ensure that every individual, regardless of their socio-economic background, has access to quality education.

A Collective Effort for Sustainable Impact

The success of Alliance Vidhya Spandhana is contingent upon the support and participation of a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including individuals, organizations, and policymakers. The initiative calls for a collective effort to spread awareness and garner support for its mission. By working together, we can amplify the impact of this initiative, ensuring that more students benefit from its provisions and are empowered to achieve their potential.

August 16, 2022: On August 13, 2022, at the Lalit Ashok in Bengaluru, the Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, and the Office of Career Advancement and Networking (CAN) organised the Legal Conclave "VIVECHANA" - Technology and Law. The Conclave was attended by techno-legal experts, advocates, academics, and legal professionals from various businesses. The Conclave's goal was to give academics and businesspeople a forum for discussion and to inspire legal experts to talk about current events and new discoveries in the intersection of technology and law. The lamp was lit to signal the beginning of the event, and Dr Kiran Dennis Gardner, dean of the Alliance School of Law, welcomed everyone present. Later, in his speech, Abhay G. Chebbi, provost of Alliance University, thanked all the legal professionals and business leaders for attending and taking part in the Alliance Legal Conclave. In his remarks, he emphasised how technology and law are intertwined and how each has a wonderful role to play in the legal landscape of the current age.

Author, practising attorney, and television personality Dr Prashant Mali gave the keynote address at the conclave. Dr Mali emphasised the difficulties facing the judiciary in interpreting technology and integrating that interpretation into the law. He discussed a wide range of subjects, including the stagnation of IT legislation, problems with technology law's enforceability, worries about data privacy, etc., while sharing various anecdotes from his long career. He discussed the significance of having precise on-point laws in the area of law and technology, which he believes would eradicate the majority of the existing data privacy and security concerns, given the transformation in the various approaches to law and people's attitudes toward technology in the current age.

Surekha Shetty, Senior Director, Office of Career Advancement and Networking, Alliance University, gave the vote of appreciation to close the conclave. The Conclave was a fantastic endeavour to examine the different techno-legal issues that the current tech-driven society presents while emphasising and discussing the grey areas that the legal community encounters.

Alliance University And Wipro Infrastructure Engineering’s Wipro 3D Sign An MoU For Design Of Competency Development Programmes And Industry Aligned IOT Centers

October 14, 2021: Alliance University and Wipro 3D have agreed to work on the design and implementation of industry-aligned IOT centers, IDEA labs, online skilling, and proficiency development programmes in Digital Manufacturing and the Industrial Internet of Things, according to a press release. Alliance University and Wipro 3D would also offer competency building and advisory programmes related to Additive Manufacturing, according to the MoU.

Additive Manufacturing (or 3D Printing) is ushering in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, with enormous potential to transform India's manufacturing and industrial production landscape through digital processes and efficiency. To get the most out of this technology, you'll need well-trained engineers and technicians. It also necessitates the development of new technological and administrative skills. However, many of these advancements have outrun the manufacturing workforce's ability to adapt. As a result, there is a labor scarcity, which has an influence on production, quality, innovation, and growth.

Alliance University's Vice-Chancellor, Dr Anubha Singh, and Wipro 3D's Vice-President and Business Head, Ajay Parikh, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the goal of bridging the industry-academic gap. The goal of the collaboration is to produce trained human resources and research experts in the field of digital manufacturing who have industry-relevant skills.

The curriculum of Alliance College of Engineering and Design is built on an Outcome-Based Education framework to match contemporary industry needs through project-based/problem-solving learning. Students will receive hands-on training in digital manufacturing as a result of the collaboration with Wipro 3D. The 40-day course module is meant to assist students in learning the course's academic and practical parts. It will teach kids about 3D printing and the Internet of Things, as well as help them build an entrepreneurial mindset. Students will get the opportunity to work on real-world projects towards the end of the course.

My point of view and my review .

Placements: This year, as per our seniors, only 2 people were placed out of 7 seniors. Campus placements come more for CS students rather than the other hard-core Engineering subjects. The highest package was 60 LPA. Many companies like IBM, Flipkart, and TVS come for placement.

The campus life was worse before but is improving now, offering a great experience.

Placements: The top companies visited this year were Altair Teach, Maersk, E2open, Johnsons Control, Covalence, Relanto Techz, etc. E2open recruited over 4-5 students, offering a package of 8 Lacs, which includes some shares. The average salary is relatively low, with only about 50-60% of people getting placed, and the highest being about 10-12 Lacs. This is a shift from the previous year when one student secured an off-campus placement of 54 LPA.

As I already shared, everything is fine to join this college for engineering and design.

Placements: Around 90% of students are placed in lower courses. Last year's the highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA. Amazon, Axis Bank, HCL, and IBM are recruit companies. More than 90% got internships. They will allow us to handle the event and allow us to work with Deena.
