Best placement in 2013-2017 batch with excellent faculty members.
Placements: The batch of 2013-2017 consisted of 30 students. All students got a summer internship in reputed companies and firms both public and private especially in Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA), Rites Ltd, etc. And also interned in reputed institutes like IIT Roorkee and IIT Kharagpur. In the final year, 100% of students got placed in reputed companies like PwC, EY, Amazon, Dell, etc., and also joined as Research Scientists in IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, and Spans.
Infrastructure: All classrooms had Wi-Fi facilities with a departmental library with access to all reputed journals in Urban and Regional Planning. We had separate GIS, AutoCAD and Graphics Lab. The hostels are very furnished with all facilities with canteens and mess facilities. The campus had cafeterias like Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) Dosa Plaza and many other canteens where homemade food to snacks. The campus is lush green with excellent sports facilities like a football ground, basketball court, tennis court, cricket ground and also other indoor sports. The medical facilities are very good as the doctors are very much prompt.
Faculty: All the professors are very helpful and qualified as they all have backgrounds from prestigious institutes of India like Spans, IITs, and CEPT University. They always teach the updated topics on urban planning and follow the course curriculum set by ITPI India which is a standard syllabus followed across all B.Plan colleges in India. They make the student's industry ready as their recommendation is highly valued on both national and international platforms.
Other: I always wanted to be an Urban Planner and studying at Amity University Gurgaon opens a huge platform for me. With the guidance of all the professors, I was able to get a GATE scholarship for pursuing post-graduate studies. All the teachers took extra classes for the students who like to appear for the GATE examination and also helped all students at a personal level in the GATE exam and also final year dissertation. With their guidance, 50% of students cracked the exam and got admitted to top institutes like SPA and IITs. The university also has a lively atmosphere with fests and sports events every year. There is also International students so there is a huge mix of cultural exchange.

There is no bad thing. Overall, it is a good university.
Placements: Our university provides pre-placement drives, tests and workshops for a better understanding of placement procedures. A good number of companies visit here for placement drives from different parts of our country. Students have a huge variety of opportunities to choose from.
Infrastructure: Our university campus is well-equipped with Wi-Fi facilities. There are different labs for every department, which are highly equipped. Hostels are well maintained, and rooms are quite spacious. Students have a huge range of places for food on the campus only.
Faculty: There are good faculty members and course curriculum. Faculty members are always ready to help students whenever required. They are very professional. Our university's course curriculum is designed in a way to meet modern-day requirements so that when students pass out, they would be ready for the industry.

Campus and teaching staff members are excellent. Hostel accommodation is well-clean and comfortable.
Placements: Placements are offered from good companies with the best salary package, and it also provides a good experience for freshers. The salary package offered is 3.2 LPA, and it differs by course. Faculty members give the best training before on how to respond, present, speak and guide us on how to be alert and learn many things.
Infrastructure: The best thing is the library which is full of excellent interior and with the best reference books. We have a football ground, badminton court, basketball court and tennis court within the campus and many others. Medical facilities are available within the hostel blocks. An ambulance service is also available for an emergency.
Faculty: Teachers are comfortable with us. I didn't find any issue till now in this case. The connection between teacher and student is the best on the campus. They help in everything, whether it is physical or mental. They guide and give the best suggestions and opportunities.
Other: We had a great and the best event named Nosplan, which happened in 2017. For entertainment, fest, marathon, DJ nights, etc., are also conducted.

I am satisfied with world-class infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placement assistance is provided for every batch. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are United Nations, World Wide Fund, IPE Global, etc. Nearly 100% of the students got an internship. Development agencies like Haryana Urban Development Authority, Delhi Development Authority, etc., provide internship opportunities. Top roles offered to the students are district town planner, research associate, project manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the corridors, and ethernet is available in computer labs. There is a world-class library with the availability of lifts, and a wide range of reading materials from various disciplines are available for exploration. The campus is built very beautifully with space for study, explore and play. Hostel facilities consist of Wi-Fi, study table and other necessary things. The hostel mess provides good quality and quantity of food. Canteen facilities are also available with the average quality of food and provide a range of choices. Basic medical facilities are available for students free of cost. The sports complex is available with space for football, basketball, badminton, table tennis, cricket and other games, and large space is also available for running and other exercises.
Faculty: Teachers here are well-qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is up to the mark. This course curriculum is highly relevant according to the present scenario and provides many opportunities. It makes students ready for the industry by providing knowledge and skills required to flourish in a career.

Dissatisfied because of the faculty in B.Planning course
Placements: There are no placements here for only for this course, but the remaining branches are getting good placements. The percentage of the students got the internship from the college is 60-70%, and the campus placement is identified according to the talented and qualified students before they complete their education.
Infrastructure: There are Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, medical facilities, sports and games etc available in the campus. But, the quality of food available in the canteen is not good. The hostel here is very good, and it is an accredited, comprehensive college with good infrastructure and facilities.
Faculty: The faculty members were helpful, well-qualified and knowledgeable. The student to faculty ratio is 30:1, and the course curriculum was useful. The faculty members in the college did their master degree;, but only a few are with PhD degrees. There is a lack of professional faculty members with experience, as almost 70% are young faculty members here.
