Effectiveness of Placement Cell for BBA Programs at Arka Jain University

Based on student reviews, here's what we found:

    * Mixed Reviews: While some students mentioned that the placement cell needs improvement ("Only placements of this college need to be better more"), others didn't mention anything negative about the placement process.
    * No Specific Details: Unfortunately, none of the students provided specific details about the placement cell, such as the companies visiting the campus, salary ranges, or internship opportunities.
    * Focus on Infrastructure: Many students praised the university's infrastructure, mentioning modern facilities, comfortable classrooms, and a well-maintained library. However, these comments don't directly relate to the placement cell.

Given the limited feedback, it's difficult to assess the effectiveness of the placement cell at Arka Jain University. More detailed information would be needed to provide a comprehensive evaluation.

    Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 30–40% of students were placed last year, as per my knowledge but faculties and professors are very friendly and supportive about the academics. Our college also provides internships for the best learning for students and their future. Companies like Wipro, TCS, and Ramakrishna are coming for placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good in our area. All facilities are available near college but the location is some distance from the main town, about 7-8 km, but the college provides buses for travelling. Some classrooms have Wi-Fi facilities, some do not; hostels are also good; food is hygienic and good; some days I don't like the mess food .
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and supportive, as well as experienced, about their knowledge. Some teachers have different types of teaching attitudes, which helps us . They make students ready and knowledgeable. Semester exams are quite tough and 40% is the passing percentage for our course.

Amazing place to start your life.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in Arka Jain University. Even the big four are like PWC comes in this college. The highest package is 23 LPA. And the lowest is 2.5 lpa; the average package is something around 6 lpa. PWC and De Shaw visit for BBA placements. Internship is not good at all at Arka Jain University; students have to find internships by themselves. Business analyst is the top most offered role by BBA at Arka Jain University.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not good. Classrooms are very high-tech; the infrastructure is so eye-catching. Overall, campus is pretty good. The hostel is 16 kilometers from the campus. And college is in the outskirt area. The majority of students live independently in the city.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive in BBA as compared to other stream. Faculty are always encouraging students to participate in projects and programs. Pass percentage is 35%. But faculty are gauging the students personally; if any student has doubts, they resolve them.
Other: BBA is very dynamic course, as we all know. I discovered my unknown sides during my BBA. But the only thing I wanted to change in BBA was that if a student chooses BBA finance, they must provide test classes. Knowing the core things of particular subjects is important.

    Journey of Arka Jain University.
Placements: The quantity of placement drives was quite plenty, but the offer was not that good. The average package was around 3 lacs and the highest was around 23 lacs. Most of the students got internships from internal recruiters. My course offered mostly roles in sales and management.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was quite good for a new university. Though there was a network issue within the college, it was limited to the Jio network. There was no Wi-Fi. Most classrooms didn't have AC. Library was satisfactory. There were 2 canteen and one general store within the campus. Food was quite satisfactory .
Faculty: The faculty was quite good and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helped by clearing doubts in the class and outside the class. The course was quite relevant and made the students industry-ready. The semester exams were quite easy, and I think students can pass those exams just by paying attention to the class. The passing percentage was quite high, around 80 to 90%.

Arka Jain University is now NAAC A accredited.
Placements: 80 percent of students were placed. The highest package offered is 700000 per annum, the lowest package offered is 200000 per annum, and the average package offered is 300000 per annum. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and PWC. 60 percent of students got internships from IBM. A web-developer role is offered in this course.
Infrastructure: The facilities in classrooms are fine; some have air-conditioned rooms. Computer labs are very nice; many PCs are there. They provide internet. They provide Wi-Fi also. The library has also many books to read. The quality of the hostel is average. Mess and canteen is also average.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in nature and friendly. They are qualified enough to teach us. Teaching quality is good. Yes, this course curriculum is very relevant to learn. Yes, it makes the students industrial-ready. Semester exams are not tough. In the semester exam, 40 is the passing mark in the 70-mark paper.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn about computers. The best thing about this course is coding; learn about data analysts. The things to improve this course is to visit more industrial visits. Events like Aarambh, Navotsav, technical, and Ramgbhoomi. Extracurricular activities like quizzes and poster-making.

My honest review on my college.
Placements: Overall, the infrastructure is good, but the discipline and management are quite basic. Placement is not that good; they provide average placements of 2 to 3 LPA to students. Average companies visit every year, and the college is not particularly famous. However, the name and fame are average. Teachers are very helpful as they assist us in every situation. The teaching quality is good, and they teach very well. Most of our subjects are practical; they provide us with fully Wi-Fi-enabled labs with comfortable space. Exams in our department are manageable if you stay updated with the material.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are good, but maintenance is average. They don't have air-conditioned rooms for their students and do not provide Wi-Fi. The network is not stable in that area. The canteen food is very average and not good. In my college hostels, the facilities are also too average. The area is quite off, and the service provided is very basic. Most students don't opt for college hostels. Teachers are very helpful as they assist us in every situation. The teaching quality is good, and they teach very well. Most of our subjects are practical; they provide us with fully Wi-Fi-enabled labs with comfortable space. Exams in our department are manageable if you stay updated with the material.
Faculty: Some of the teachers are well-qualified, while others have only basic knowledge. Even some of them don't know English and are teaching management. Exams are often held every semester, with both internal and external assessments. The difficulty level is average, but the pattern they follow is the same throughout the semesters. Teachers are very helpful as they assist us in every situation. The teaching quality is good, and they teach very well. Most of our subjects are practical; they provide us with fully Wi-Fi-enabled labs with comfortable space. Exams in our department are manageable if you stay updated with the material.
Other: Sports events are well-organized, and they also offer scholarships to students for their extracurricular skills. I chose this course due to my personal preference, but I'm not entirely satisfied with the professors and studies. Teachers are very helpful as they assist us in every situation. The teaching quality is good, and they teach very well. Most of our subjects are practical; they provide us with fully Wi-Fi-enabled labs with comfortable space. Exams in our department are manageable if you stay updated with the material.

A BBA student’s review about the college.
Placements: There are many companies visiting AJU every year to hire freshers but only 20-30% students get placement offers. Companies like Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the college for placements with students being offered 2-3 lacs worth of package on an average basis. The highest package offered was 6-7 lacs in our batch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty decent but there are no air conditioned classrooms for the students. Wifi is also not available in the campus. Also there's a network issue in the campus. The classrooms are equipped with smart boards for a better teaching and learning experience. The food available in the canteen is average. The quality and quantity are both decent though. The university organises various sports and games throughout the year for the students to showcase their talents and provides them scholarships too.
Faculty: Some of the teachers here are highly qualified while the rest have a very basic knowledge. The teachers are very helpful and supportive. They help and guide us to deal with every situation. The course curriculum is more theoretical than practical so the students lack the exposure and knowledge required to be industry ready. There are internal and external exams held every semester. The difficulty level is moderate. The college doesn't really change the pattern of the question papers which makes it easier to answer.
Other: Choosing this course was a personal preference as I wanted to build a career in this field. The quality of teaching can be improved and the food quality can be made better. Availability of wifi and air conditioned classrooms would help the students in many ways. There are many events, fests and extra curricular activities organised by the college for the students which help in connecting with each other and also for the students to showcase their talents. The college also provides scholarships to the students based on their previous academic records.
