Arni University reserves 25% of the total seats for bona fide students of Himachal Pradesh. Additionally, the university follows the seat reservation policies of the Government of India/Himachal Pradesh Government. Accoding to the eligibility criteria specified by Arni University for BA admission, candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% in Class 12 from a recognised board of education. A relaxation of 5% in the eligibility criteria is provided to SC/ST candidates. Hence, someone scoring 60% in Class 12 is eligible to apply for BA at Arni University, irrespective of their reservation category. However, admission to the programme is merit-based. Seats are allotted to the applicants who score above the cut-off decided by the university.

HPCET 2025 exam date has been announced. The authorities will conduct HPCET 2025 offline i.e., as a pen-and-paper-based test at various centres on May 10, 2025.
