Review of Acharya Bangalore Business School.

Faculty: Teachers are good but a lot of them involve students unnecessarily in teachers' politics. The teaching quality depends on the teacher. The course curriculum is good but more practical applications should be added. Semester exams are fine. The pass percentage is 42%.

The college is having a very good infrastructure and its a green campus and crowded.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified and many of them have completed their Ph.D. Even the pass out students from the college get placed as teachers. Although they possess good subject knowledge, some of them struggle with effective teaching methodologies. Nonetheless, they are always willing to help the students.

Fests are all always happening.

Faculty: All the HODs have completed their Ph.D and are good at what they teach. Very knowledgeable about their specialized subjects. The course is neither very detailed nor very restricted. The semester exams are easy and most of the students pass every exam. Overall average college.

Once Hailed for Its Greatness, Now Mediocre.

Faculty: I must say the faculty was the only positive aspect of this college, they were still not entirely great. Starting with the strong points, the psychology and English departments were always open to students and supported us in any way possible. The journalism department gave us access to the media lab and resources needed to learn practical knowledge, and the faculty themselves were very well-informed about what they were teaching. I had no complaints with the language departments. However, facul...

Good infrastructure with new technologies now. Best faculty members.

Faculty: Teachers were well qualified and the way they teach is excellent, but some teachers are rude when students ask them doubts. Every professor makes sure they make PPTs to explain a topic so that students can learn and understand better. And for exams, we had two exams in one semester. Assignments and record book completion marks will be added in our semester mark sheet. Pass percentage 30 marks for 100.

I'm having a really bad experience and I'm regretting joining this college.

Faculty: We are supposed to write exams in Chennai and the college doesn't support it even a bit. Sometimes we have to stay in Chennai for almost 10 days and we have to pay for all expenses by ourselves. They don't teach anything for exams instead, provide a PDF at the last minute to study and pass.

Faculty members of humanities department are really amazing and very helpful.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. The curriculum is also up to the point. For our batch, we had NEP policy, and we were the 1st batch of it. Semester exams are tough in college. The passing percentage is 33%. We also get real-world knowledge examples. In economics, we had mock stock, where we were taught about investing in the stock market via a demo application. In political science, we were briefed by the local police on the work of the police department.

Everything is fine except for placement facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and trained. Their teaching quality is good. Because of their teaching, we understand the topics easily. It is very useful to make side points. There is no need to study hard during semester exams. Once we study those points, it is enough to score above 40 out of 60.

Faculty: I informed our chemistry teacher that I was poor in chemistry subject. They encouraged me and still helped me to learn the subject. Teachers are very helpful. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exam is average, but sometimes it is difficult. No questions are repeated in exams.

College feels like home now.

Faculty: When it comes to teachers, they are very friendly, especially in my department. They are highly experienced in their field and within the college as well. I wouldn't say they are difficult, but teachers provide us with previous years' question papers, important books, and topics, making it easier for us to focus and study.

M.A. in advertising and public relations at SJU.

Faculty: Our teachers are all extremely qualified, and we have a set of external faculty members coming in from top companies to teach us. Having well-established individuals from the industry directly teach us has been very fulfilling. The curriculum is constantly updated and in tune with industry trends and requirements, ensuring that we are job-ready. The exams are practical, theoretical, or both, depending on the subject. With hard work and consistency, they can do well in the course.
