BMAT admit card 2025 will be released on the official website of Bharati Vidyapeeth University in the first week of March 2025, for session 1, tentatively. Candidates can download their respective BMAT 2025 admit cards using their login IDs and password. The admit cards will be available on the BVP BMAT candidate portal. The BMAT admit card will also be sent by post to each candidate after their BMAT 2025 application form is accepted. BMAT mock test will also be conducted in the third week of March 2025 (tentative) which will be mandatory for the candidates appearing for the exam to attempt.

Q:   When will the BMAT admit card be released?

A:

The BVP BMAT admit card 2025 will likely release in the second week of March 2025. The admit card will be available online for the registered candidates only. To download the admit card, students will be required to login into the candidate portal on the official website of Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University (BVP) using their login credentials. They can use User ID and password to login.

  4. BMAT admit card will be displayed on the screen

  5. Click on download and save your BMAT admit card on the desktop

  6. Thereafter, take a coloured printout of the admit card and save for future use.

How to Download BMAT 2025 Admit Card?

  1. Open the official website on a new browser

  2. Click on the tab indicating 'BMAT 2025 admit card'

  3. Enter your login credentials and your BMAT admit card will be displayed

  4. Click on download and save your BMAT admit card on the desktop

  5. Thereafter, take a printout of the admit card 

In case of non-receipt by post, the candidate must apply for the issue of a duplicate admit card. They can do so till a day before the exam. To obtain the duplicate admit card, the candidate must produce two copies of the passport size photo and proof/acknowledgement of submission/mailing of the application form, at the designated centre.

BMAT admit card will be released online and it is a mandatory documents to be carried to the BMAT exam centre. Candidates appearing for the BMAT exam must check the admit card before printing that the details mentioned on the BMAT admit card are correct. Q:   What if I forget my password while downloading the BMAT admit card?

A:

To login into the BMAT candidate portal, candidates will require their User ID and password. In case the candidates forget their password or user ID, they can follow the steps mentioned below to know how to retrieve the same.

  1. Visit the official website of BVP.
  2. Click on the candidate portal tab
  3. Now, click on the 'Forgot password' button.
  4. Select the credential that you wish to retrieve.
  5. Enter the date of birth (as mentioned in the application form), registered mobile number and registered email ID which were used at the time of BMAT registration.
  6. Candidates now need to enter the captcha code and click on the reset password button.
  7. Candidates will receive a reset link on their registered email Id and mobile number. Click on the reset link and the candidates will be redirected to a new webpage where they can set a new password.

Each BMAT 2025 admit card will contain the following information:

  • Candidate’s name

  • Candidate’s photograph and signature

  • Candidate’s roll number

  • Exam venue

  • Exam date

Q:   Will I get a hard copy of the BMAT admit card?

A:

No, candidates can only download the BMAT admit card online from the website of Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University. Once the candidates have successfully registered for the BMAT exam and paid the application fee, they will be allowed to download the BMAT admit card once released. To download the BMAT hall ticket, candidates need to use their login credentails which were generated during the registration process. 

Candidates will not be given a hard copy by post or otherwise of the BMAT hall ticket

Q:   What is the reporting time for the BMAT exam at the BMAT exam centre?

A:

Candidates must report to the BMAT exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exam. The BMAT exam will take place in the morning shift at various test centres. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam centre before the exam ends. Also, they can not re-enter the exam centre once they have submitted the exam.

  • The BMAT admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall. Those found without BMAT admit card 2025 will not be allowed to take the exam

  • The candidates are also advised to carry a photo ID issued by the Government of India to the examination centre. They must also preserve a copy of their admit cards till the end of the admission process

Q:   Can I show a digital copy of the BMAT admit card in my phone at the BMAT exam centre?

A:

No, digital copy of the BMAT admit card will not be considered valid for the verification purpose at the BMAT exam centre. Candidates have to carry a coloured printout of the BMAT admit card to gain an entry. BMAT admit card is a mandatory document which is to be carried to the exam centre along with a recent coloured passport size photograph affixed to it. Carrying electronic gadgets such as watch, phones, calculators, etc. are also prohibited in the BMAT exam centre. Along with the admit card candidates should carry the following items:

  1. Original Photo ID proof issued by the Government of India - Original Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voters Card/Permanent Driving License Ration Card and Learners Driving License are not accepted as valid ID proof
  2. One clear black and white photocopy of ID proof
  3. Two clear coloured copies of the BMAT admit card along with one original recent passport-size photo affixed on each of them

No, the BMAT admit card will not be considered valid without a photograph affixed to it. Candidates must paste a recent passport size photograph on the BMAT admit card to make it valid. Q:   When will the BMAT exam be conducted?

A:

BMAT exam is usually conducted at least twice in a year. The first session of BMAT 2025 exam will likely be conducted in the first week of April 2025. BVDU conducted the BMAT exam for admission to the PGP courses every year in the computer-based test mode. The candidate who qualifies the BMAT exam is then called for the further admission process which includes Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Last year, BMAT exam was conducted on April 7, 2024. Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, conducted the management exam for admission to its various PGP courses. The registrations for BMAT 2024 started online.

Q:   What items can I carry to the BMAT exam centre?

A:

Every candidate must carry a blue/black ball point pen and a two copies of their passport size photo to the exam centre. They must not carry any stationary item other than the pen. Candidates have to carry drinking water in a transparent bottle. No other item will be allowed inside the exam venue. Candidates must not carry bags or valuables as there will be no arrangement for depositing while candidates appear for the exam. Candidates must also not carry notebooks or rough paper to the BMAT exam centre. Any candidate found with an unauthorised item will be disqualified. Candidates must also carry the BMAT admit card along with a government-issued ID proof.

No, there is age limit to appear for the BMAT exam. The applicant must have however, completed 15 years of formal education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis). Student must also be an Indian citizen to be eligible for the BMAT exam.
