Dr. Sharma is an expert in persuasion, communication for social change, and performance communication. Additionally, he is a fifth-generation performer, author, and director of the classic Sngt musical theatre genres of northern India, including Swang-Nautanki, Raaslila, Bhagat, and Rasiya. In the middle of the 1800s, his ancestors popularised "Rahas" or musical theatre at the court of Nawab Wajid Ali Shah in Awadh.

As they continued their education, they were also exposed to Paulo Freire's ideas on technocrats, the banking model, and discursive consciousness. Prof. Sharma also made the lecture a participatory session and asked the students to share examples of their own discursive communication in line with the topic of participatory communication.

Faculty members are good but absolutely dissatisfied with the placement cell.

Placements: In placement-wise, our course BBA LL.B. is not so good. Most of the students are not placed by the college but by themselves. MBA BBA packages are good. The faculty members help you when you need their support. The Dean is quite strict, but other than that, he is working for a better environment.

BGU is an average college

Placements: The placement scene is bad for Bachelor's in Science, the placement cell gives importance to Master's Students only. In MCA, only 30-40% students get placed. MBA is only one course where the placement is good. Overall I would suggest to go off-campus.
